Mail Collecting Bring in any packages
Making sure the House is Secure
Flushing all toilets to prevent the ring build up
Watering Plants - there may be additional fee depending on how many and how long it will take.
Outdoor watering Pool/Hot Tub Care
Adjust Curtains/Blinds
Turn on lamps, radio/TV,
Thus making your home look occupied

This is the only service we offer that you can do every other day or even every few days, depending on what you need.

Prices for House Sitting:

Our normal $19 per visit rate

We will do light dusting, sweep and vacuum before you return
for $40, we don't clean houses though, sorry!
